waste water heat recovery have a three-pass round coil structure. A conical coil is used for the effective protection of the furnace wall at the boiler end. This product is equipped with an advanced combustion device and is fully automated in operation. After the burner ignites the fuel, flame fills the round coil tubes and transfers heat by radiation through the tube wall (first pass). The high temperature flue gas gathers at the back door and then turns to the convection tubes section (second pass), where heat transfer takes place by convection. The flue gas gradually cools down here and flows to the front door, where it is reversed and goes into the third pass. After that, it enters into the chimney through the economizer and is released into the atmosphere.
waste water heat recovery. This type of heater is delivered as a whole, and is installed on site, it only needs to connect thermal gas(oil) piping and electricity to start operation. The heater has four heating areas: furnace radiation heating area, the first convection tube bundle heating area, the second convection tube bundle heating area and economizer (waste heat boiler).
Water heater intake water is preheated by circulation through a coil at the top of the tank. Non-storage systems usually have a copper heat exchanger that replaces a vertical section of a main waste drain. As warm water flows down the waste drain, incoming cold water flows through a spiral copper tube wrapped tightly around the copper section of the waste drain. This preheats the incoming cold water that goes to the water heater …email@example.com > Get A Quote >

Recovering heat in the wastewater process can mean saving time, money and energy. With Ludell’s Method Waste Water Heat Recovery, it has never been easier for your business. The heart of our system is recovering heat from wastewater and transferring it to the incoming clean, fresh water destined for your tempered or hot water email@example.com > Get A Quote >
Typically, a waste water heat recovery system works by extracting the heat from the water your shower or bath sends down the drain. This heat is used to warm the incoming mains water, reducing the strain on your boiler and the energy required to heat your water up to firstname.lastname@example.org > Get A Quote >
Kemco’s Wastewater Heat Recovery System recovers potentially lost thermal energy by capturing the heat from the wastewater and using it to preheat the incoming fresh water. These wastewater heat recovery systems are extremely efficient and can be designed to provide up to a 5°F “approach”.email@example.com > Get A Quote >
The Megaflo SHRU (shower heat recovery unit) range transfers heat from discharged waste shower water in to the incoming water supply, placing less energy load on the boiler to raise the temperature to the desired level of firstname.lastname@example.org > Get A Quote >
